Me

Hi there! My name is Mikaila Clinkscales and I am a corporate and nonprofit leader as well as a freelancer specializing in creative project management and marketing. I am certified in both Project Management (certificate holder) and Google Analytics. I have successfully completed numerous projects and conducted events within the past three years for small to medium-sized companies across Virginia and Texas. I am passionate about building up and serving local to global communities through hands-on projects, media content, and relationship building.

I enjoy working with a diverse set of clients, organizations, and individuals, and I'm always eager to explore new opportunities. In my free time, I like to read, learn new skills, explore new cultures, and develop new ideas with other like-minded individuals.

Plus Branding Kit

I had the pleasure of working with the owners of The Wise College Counsel to create their website for their educational assistance company. We collaborated on their ideal branding identity to compliment their logo and overall feel for the company. The complementary colors display a youthful sense whilst maintaining its academia-style identity. Our main goals were to showcase professionalism, diversity, youthfulness, and family engagement. After revisions and feedback, this project took about 3-4 weeks to complete. The website is currently being updated and maintained internally.

I had the pleasure of working with Recording Artist, Kristin Clark, as well as Chef Necé, and a local ministry to create these beautiful designs. One of which displays a logo for commercial usage (Necé Monet). The other two are fliers for previous events. Each client also received additional graphics to complete their packages such as newsletters, social media posts, and social media brand set-up.

I had the pleasure of working with individuals to create a vision board for their projects and events. These projects afforded me the opportunity to take creative control and dive more into interior design and event coordination. The main goal was to perfectly reflect the personalities and visions of each of my clients and their projects.

This is an example of a business Instagram account for Chef Necé. We used the logo to create a social media branding kit. Disclaimer, this is a mock Instagram account as this is an ongoing collaboration.
